Her passion for this industry stems from a lifelong dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families we serve. Yanisleidys' vision for Abys Home Services has always been to provide personalized, compassionate care that empowers children to reach their full potential. Whether in the home, community, school, or our center, we are committed to delivering flexible, high-quality services that transform lives and foster growth.
At Abys Home Services, we are committed to providing high-quality pediatric therapy in a variety of settings to best meet the needs of each child and family. Our services are available in the home, community, school, and at our center, allowing us to tailor our approach to the environment where the child spends the most time.
- Home: In-home therapy offers the comfort and familiarity of a child’s natural environment, which can make it easier for children to engage and feel relaxed. We focus on real-life skills that can be practiced in daily routines, such as behavior management, communication, motor skills, and self-care tasks like dressing and feeding. Home-based sessions are ideal for developing strategies that can be applied directly in the child’s everyday life.
- Community: We provide therapy in community settings to help children practice social and functional skills in real-world environments. This can include sessions at parks, grocery stores, or other public spaces where children can develop important social interactions, improve behavior in public, and learn practical skills like following directions or coping with sensory challenges in busier settings.
- School: In-school therapy allows us to collaborate with teachers and school staff to support the child’s academic and social development. We work on improving classroom behavior, social communication with peers, fine and gross motor skills for classroom tasks, and other school-related goals. By working directly in the school setting, we can address the challenges a child faces in their learning environment and provide solutions that enhance their educational experience.
- Center: At our therapy center, we offer a structured and supportive environment where children can work on specific therapeutic goals using specialized equipment and resources. Our center-based services allow for a more focused approach, providing opportunities for children to interact with peers, participate in group activities, and work on targeted areas such as speech articulation, motor development, and social skills in a controlled, therapeutic setting.
No matter the setting, our goal is to help each child develop the skills they need to succeed in all areas of their life.
